OBS: Fica ao critério do cliente realizar o pagamento durante a sua permanência na fila de encomendas ou no instante de sua respectiva vez nessa lista.II. Em caso de pagamento efetuado via PIX, é possível fazê-lo à vista OU combinar o valor de metade para iniciar a arte e metade para recebê-la concluída via e-mail.III. O preço pode alterar a depender da complexidade do pedido.

❦ ENVIO DO ARQUIVO E PROCESSO CRIATIVO

IV. O cliente acompanha todo o processo de criação da arte, tendo em vista as seguintes etapas enviadas:ESBOÇO ➠ LINEART (CONTORNO) ➠ BASE COLORS/GREYSCALE (CORES DE BASE/ESCALA CINZA) ➠ FULLCOLOR (ARTE COLORIDA/SEMI-FINALIZADA)V. A arte será enviada VIA E-MAIL nas versões: PNG e JPG.VI. Em caso de perda do arquivo, é possível solicitá-lo gratuitamente mais uma vez.VII. Referências de imagem e/ou descritivas são obrigatórias.VIII. Alterações são gratuitas na etapa de ESBOÇO. Fora dele, as alterações e adições são cobradas a partir de R$2,00.

IX. A encomenda é iniciada por ordem de LISTAGEM. Desse modo, a disponibilidade do calendário é medida conforme a fila dos trabalhos em andamento disponível à consulta no TRELLO. As datas estimadas de início e finalização, portanto, serão devidamente informadas e atualizadas para o cliente, via mensagem e/ou plataforma mencionada.X. Para chegar a sua vez na lista: A partir de 5 dias úteis até 15 dias ou mais, dependendo exclusivamente da complexidade dos pedidos em andamento.XI. Prazo para a PRODUÇÃO da sua arte: de 5 a 30 dias úteis.
OBS: Trata-se de uma previsão estimada a partir da possibilidade de imprevistos e da quantidade de elementos presentes no desenho. Quanto mais ornamentado, maior será o prazo para finalizá-lo.

❦ CANCELAMENTO E REEMBOLSO

XII. Se a ilustradora cancelar o pedido, 100% do valor será reembolsado.XIII. Se o pedido é cancelado antes de ser iniciado, o reembolso é de 100% do valor.XIV. Se o reembolso é solicitado e a arte já foi iniciada, será descontado o valor do que já foi feito.EXEMPLO: Um projeto de busto colorido foi encomendado, contudo, o cancelamento foi solicitado durante a etapa de lineart. Nesse caso, será descontado o valor de um busto lineart e o restante será devolvido.

❦ CRÉDITOS E USO DE IMAGEM

XV. O cliente NÃO possui permissão para reclamar autoria própria sobre a arte encomendada. Os créditos devem ser reservados à artista.XVI. Impressão/reprodução da arte para fins comerciais/lucrativos DEVE SER NEGOCIADA.XVII. A impressão da arte e o uso dela para FINS PESSOAIS é permitida.XVIII. Alterações de recorte, edição e colagens são permitidas.XIX. A arte NÃO DEVE ser carregada, sob hipótese alguma, em QUALQUER software configurado para gerar desenhos através de inteligência artificial (IA).

❦ METHOD OF PAYMENT

International commissions are negociated through PAYPAL transactions (USD).

I. The order is only confirmed after the payment for the illustration. Therefore, the artwork is set to be started after sending the service's receipt.
NOTE: It is at the customer's discretion to make payment while in the order queue or at the time of their respective turn in the list.II. The price may change depending on the complexity of the order.

❦ FILE SENDING AND CREATIVE PROCESS

III. The client follows the entire art creation process, taking into account the following steps sent:SKETCH ➠ LINEART ➠ BASE COLORS/GREYSCALE ➠ FULLCOLOR (COLOR/SEMI-FINISHED ART)IV. The art will be sent VIA EMAIL in the following versions: PNG & JPG.V. If you lose the file, you can request it again for free.VI. Descriptive and/or image references are mandatory items.VII. Changes are free at the DRAFT stage. Outside of this, changes and additions are charged from $2.00.

VIII. The order begins in order of LISTING. In this way, the availability of the calendar is measured according to the queue of work in progress available for consultation in TRELLO. The estimated start and end dates, therefore, will be duly informed and updated to the customer, via message and/or the mentioned platform.IX. To get your turn on the list: From 5 business days to 15 days or more, depending exclusively on the complexity of the orders in progress.X. Deadline for PRODUCTION of your art: 5 to 30 business days.
NOTE: This is an estimated forecast based on the possibility of unforeseen events and the number of elements present in the design. The more ornate it is, the longer it will take to complete it.

❦ CANCELLATION AND REFUND

XI. If the artist cancels the order, 100% of the amount will be refunded.XII. If the order is canceled before it is started, the refund will be 100% of the amount.XIII. If a refund is requested and the artwork has already been started, the value of what has already been done will be deducted.EXAMPLE: A colorful portrait project was ordered, however, cancellation was requested during the lineart stage. In this case, the value of one lineart portrait will be deducted and the remainder will be refunded.

❦ CREDITS AND IMAGE USE

XIV. The client does NOT have permission to claim his/her own authorship over the commissioned art. Credits must be reserved for the artist.XV. Printing/reproduction of art for commercial/profit purposes MUST BE NEGOTIATED.XVI. Printing art and using it for PERSONAL PURPOSES is permitted.XVII. Cutting, editing and using the artwork for collage sets and so over digital art expressions are allowed.XVIII. The artwork MUST NOT be uploaded, under no circumstances, into ANY software configured to generate illustrations through artificial intelligence (AI).
